Sabres loan Comrie to Rochester on conditioning assignment

The Buffalo Sabres have loaned goaltender Eric Comrie to the Rochester Americans of the AHL on a conditioning assignment.
Comrie sustained a lower-body injury on November 16 against Ottawa and has missed the past 16 games.

The Amerks, who have won five in a row, are in Toronto today to face the Marlies. Faceoff is set for 4 p.m.
Buffalo, meanwhile, will take on the Boston Bruins at 1 p.m. at TD Garden as they also look to extend their winning streak to six games. Pregame coverage on MSG begins at 12:30.
