Sabres re-sign Davidson to 1-year deal

Defenseman appeared in 6 games with Buffalo last season

The Sabres have re-signed defenseman Brandon Davidson to a one-year deal worth $750,000.
Davidson, 29, joined the organization on a one-year deal prior to last season and appeared in six games with Buffalo. He also played in two contests with Rochester.

The 6-foot-2, left-shot defenseman has appeared in 180 games spanning seven NHL seasons. He has tallied 49 points (15+32) in 192 career AHL contests, including a career-high 20 points (3+7) in 34 games with the Stockton Heat (Calgary Flames affiliate) in 2019-20.
