The Buffalo Sabres have signed forward Lukas Rousek to a two-year contract with an average annual value of $775,000, the team announced Tuesday evening.
The first year of the deal is a two-way contract while the second year is a one-way contract.
Rousek, 24, appeared in the first two games of his NHL career in 2022-23 and recorded two points (1+1) in his debut on March 27.

In 70 games with the Rochester Americans of the AHL, he posted 16 goals and a team-high 56 points. He added 12 points (5+7) in 14 playoff games.
The Sabres drafted the Ostrov nad Ohri, Czechia native in the sixth round (160th overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft.
