The Buffalo Sabres have signed forward Olivier Nadeau to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Sunday.
Buffalo drafted Nadeau during the fourth round (97th overall) of the 2021 NHL Draft. The 19-year-old posted a team-high 78 points (35+43) in 65 games this season with Shawinigan of the QMJHL. Nadeau's 35 goals tied for 13th in the QMJHL and his 17 power-play goals ranked fourth.

Nadeau becomes the fourth member of the 2021 draft class to sign his entry-level deal, joining defenseman Owen Power (Round 1, 1st overall) and forwards Aleksander Kisakov (Round 2, 53rd) and Josh Bloom (Round 3, 95th).
