Desktop invoice step 3, once logged in, choose invoice in the upper left of your screen, your invoiced items will be listed here. click continue

Desktop invoice step 5, Choose to apply credits, select payment plan and enter payment method. You can also choose to split the payment over multiple cards

Desktop invoice step 6, fill in credit card and shipping information
If you choose the payment plan, your first payment will be charged automatically and all remaining payments will be charged automatically on the dates listed. If you chose to pay in full you will be charged the full amount immediately.
