WHAT ARE TEAL TOKENS?

EARNING & COLLECTING TEAL TOKENS
Earning Teal Tokens is as easy as 1-2-3!
- Set up your Sharks Digital Wallet by logging in with your Sharks Ticketmaster Account information and then adding a major credit or debit card.
- Shop for your favorite food, beverage, and merchandise items at SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, the Sharks Ice Family of Rinks, and all Sharks Pro Shop locations including sharksproshop.com.
- Use the card(s) in your Sharks Digital Wallet to pay for your purchases and immediately earn 3% back in Teal Tokens that can be applied to future purchases.
Are you a current Sharks365 member? If so you have additional opportunities to collect Teal Tokens. Please contact your Membership Services Account Executive today.

WHAT IS THE SHARKS DIGITAL WALLET?
Inside the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App you will find the Sharks Digital Wallet, which houses all of the following:
- Sharks365 Membership Rewards
- Teal Tokens
- Any major credit or debit cards you've securely stored to use for purchases at SAP Center, Tech CU Arena the Sharks Ice Family of Rinks, and all Sharks Pro Shop locations including sharksproshop.com
When using the Sharks Digital Wallet, accessing your available discounts, Teal Tokens balance, and earning Teal Tokens can all be done right from your mobile device.

Q: What is the value of a Teal Token?
A: Each Teal Token has an equivalent value of $1.00.
Q: What can I buy with my Teal Tokens?
A: Teal Tokens can be used to purchase food, beverage, and merchandise items throughout SAP Center at San Jose, Tech CU Arena, the Sharks Ice Family of Rinks, and at all Sharks Pro Shop locations, including sharksproshop.com.
Q: Do Teal Tokens expire?
A: Yes. Teal Tokens are valid through the expiration date listed in the bottom left corner.
Q: How do I access my Teal Tokens?
A: All Teal Tokens can be accessed through the Sharks Digital Wallet inside the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App. For a step-by-step tutorial on the Sharks Digital Wallet, please click here.
Q: Can I transfer my Teal Tokens?
A: All Teal Tokens issued in a promotional capacity and marked as Teal Tokens TS in your Sharks Digital Wallet can be transferred to another Sharks Digital Wallet user.
Simply hit the transfer button just above your Teal Tokens and follow the prompts to enter the recipient's email address. As a reminder, in order for the recipient to receive the transfer, they must be logged into their Sharks Digital Wallet with the email address specified in the transfer.
Teal Tokens earned on purchases or that are not marked as "Teal Tokens TS" are not currently eligible for transfer.
Q: Can I see my Teal Tokens spending history?
A: Yes. Once inside your Sharks Digital Wallet, simply tap the Teal Tokens balance for which you'd like to view the history and then tap "History" in the upper right corner. You will then be able to view all associated Teal Tokens transactions including deposits, purchases, and transfers.
Q: Can I use my Teal Tokens at non-Sharks Sports & Entertainment locations?
A: Not yet, though we hope that will be possible in the future.
Q: How and when will my 3% back in Teal Tokens be issued to me after I make a purchase(s) with my Sharks Digital Wallet?
A: Typically, all rewards earned are issued and visible in your Sharks Digital Wallet within 30 minutes of the completion of your purchase(s).
Q: I am a Sharks365 Teal member who is eligible to receive a deposit of Teal Tokens - when will those be deposited and when will they expire?
A: Typically, all Sharks365 member Teal Tokens are issued on July 1 are valid through June 30 of the following year. The amount you are eligible to receive will depend upon the terms of your membership renewal. Please contact your Membership Services Account Executive directly and s/he will be able to answer questions about your particular account.
Q: I'm having trouble accessing and/or using my Sharks Digital Wallet and Teal Tokens - what should I do?
A: If you are a Sharks365 Member, we encourage you to contact your Membership Services Account Executive directly and s/he will be able to answer questions about your particular account.
