Hill appeared in 25 games for San Jose, recording a 10-11-1 record with a 2.66 GAA and .906 SV% with two shutouts. He registered his first career points Nov. 9 at Calgary to become the second goalie in franchise history to record two assists in a game and the 14th time in NHL history a goaltender has recorded two assists in a road game. Hill made his Sharks debut Oct. 16 vs. Winnipeg.
The six-foot-six, 203-pound native of Comox, British Columbia, was originally selected by Arizona in the 2015 NHL Draft (third round, 76th overall).
