Noesen, 28, has registered five shots on goal and two penalty minutes in five games with the Sharks this season, and has appeared in one game with the Barracuda.
The six-foot-one, 205-pound native of Plano, Texas, was originally selected by the Ottawa Senators in the 2011 NHL Draft (first round, 21st overall).
