FRISCO, Texas -- The Lone Star Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences announced on Monday Bally Sports Southwest was awarded two Lone Star Emmys for Dallas Stars programming in the categories of Sports - One-Time Special and Sports Program - Live.

Former Dallas Stars senior producer Jeff Toates was awarded the Lone Star Emmy in the One-Time Special category for his feature We're Not Going Home - The Dallas Stars Story From the Bubble, chronicling the Stars' 2020 Stanley Cup Final run from the bubble in Edmonton. Toates served as producer, shooter and editor for the feature.

Bally Sports Southwest also won the Lone Star Emmy in the Sports Program - Live category for Stars Live - Return to the Stanley Cup Final. Coordinating Producer Mark Vittorio, Producer Matt Schliftman, Director Elsy Watkins, Associate Producer Whitley Pleasant, Associate Producer Joseph Catalano, Host Brien Rea and Analyst Brent Severyn all were recognized for their work on the program.
