The two goaltenders have a combined record of 64-56-22 in 154 career games.

VETERANS CLOSING IN ON SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES
Suter (1,280 GP) looks to skate in his 1,300th career regular-season NHL game this season. The 37-year-old blueliner is the league's leader in games played among active skaters, shares 22nd all-time among NHL defensemen and ranks eighth all-time for U.S.-born players. The 2022-23 campaign will mark Suter's 18th season in the NHL.
Jamie Benn (948 GP) is approaching 1,000 career NHL regular-season games, all with the Stars. Benn, 33, would become just the second player in franchise history to reach the milestone, trailing Mike Modano (1,459 GP with Minnesota/Dallas). The Victoria, B.C. native was selected by Dallas in the fifth round (129th overall) of the 2007 NHL Draft.
Joe Pavelski (1,168 GP) is on the cusp of 1,200 career NHL regular-season games. The 38-year-old forward is embarking on his 17th NHL season, and his fourth with the Stars. Pavelski ranks 21st all-time among U.S.-born skaters, trailing Tony Amonte (1,174 GP) for 20th on the list. With 421 career regular-season goals, Pavelski is eight shy of tying Bill Guerin (429) for eighth all-time among U.S.-born skaters.
