Important update on Stars NHL Winter Classic jersey availability

4:30 p.m. UPDATE: The supply for online pre-sales has sold out. A limited supply of additional jerseys will be available for in-person purchase Friday, November 15 at The Hangar inside Comerica Center. Availability includes Jamie Benn, Tyler Seguin, Miro Heiskanen, and blank jerseys. We are continuing to work on solutions with the manufacturer for additional jersey inventory.
The Dallas Stars are overwhelmed by the excitement surrounding the release of our Winter Classic sweater. The response from fans has been incredibly positive and we are thrilled that Stars fans will have a lasting memento to commemorate the 2020 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic.
The jerseys are unique, and therefore required an initial production order in January 2019. Knowing how much our fans support this team, we placed an initial order that was considered very aggressive by our apparel manufacturer. Unfortunately, we will only be receiving a portion of this order due to production issues out of the Dallas Stars' control, and have been working diligently to find additional product to meet our original order.

We have also seen high demand for select players, especially Miro Heiskanen and Roope Hintz, whose jerseys are sold out for online pre-orders along with Alexander Radulov and John Klingberg. We have made our best efforts to shift on-the-fly and meet the increased demand for our young star players' jerseys, after the original order was placed 10 months ago.
We are continuing to work on a plan to add additional inventory in short order, and we hope to have more jerseys added to inventory by mid-December. The classic nature of our Winter Classic sweaters, with felt lettering and unique threads, make producing these exclusive jerseys more difficult and we may still find ourselves at a deficit of jerseys after this solution is confirmed.
We have held back a limited number of Benn, Seguin, Heiskanen, and blank jerseys for in-person purchase at our Hangar Frisco location in Comerica Center on Friday, November 15.
