About the Stars

The Stars (37-23-5) defeated St. Louis 3-2 in overtime Saturday at American Airlines Center. Alexander Radulov tied the game with 2:56 remaining in regulation and Jamie Benn scored the game-winner with 1:56 left in overtime as the Stars rallied late for points in a second straight game.
"It's back-to-back games where we've come back, we obviously don't want to be coming back in too many of these games," Benn said. "But, I like the way we're finding a way to stick with it."
Tyler Pitlick also scored, and Ben Bishop stopped 35 shots for the Stars, who have picked up points in four of their past five games (3-1-1).
Monday's lineup is up in the air due to some injuries coming out of Saturday's game, said Stars coach Ken Hitchcock.
The Ottawa game concludes a five-game homestand for the Stars and is the front end of a back-to-back for Dallas which plays Tuesday at Nashville.
"Ottawa, we watched the game in Vegas and they played very well. They've got a lot of firepower up front. That will be a tough opponent for us," Hitchcock said. "Then going into Nashville is not going to be fun at all."
Bishop is the scheduled starter in goal for Monday and Kari Lehtonen is expected to get the start Tuesday in Nashville.
Monday will be Stars defenseman Marc Methot's first game against the Senators since Vegas claimed him in this past summer's expansion draft from Ottawa and then traded him to Dallas. Methot played five seasons in Ottawa.
Injuries:Martin Hanzal (back) is out.

About the Senators

The Senators (22-32-10) are coming off a 2-1 loss at Arizona on Saturday. The Senators, who snapped a five-game losing streak the night before at Vegas, were down 2-1 after two periods Saturday and not able to sustain much of an attack in the final 20 minutes.
"I think the disappointing part was the third period," Senators coach Guy Boucher told media. "We sabotaged ourselves, plain and simple. We took [three] penalties, so we had to kill that, and when you're on a back-to-back in the third period, the guys you're looking to go get goals have to play on the PK or be in the penalty box. There was no push in the third period."
Jean-Gabriel Pageau scored the lone goal, and Mike Condon stopped 25 shots for Ottawa which is 1-5-1 in its last seven games.
Monday concludes a four-game road trip for the Senators.
Injuries:F Marian Gaborik (undisclosed) is day to day. D Chris Wideman (leg) is on injured reserve.
