This season, Peterson was tied for third on the club in goals (14), and fourth in assists (19) and points (33). He also added two points (1-1=2) in six postseason contests. In total, the forward has skated in 100 career SHL games and has recorded 51 points (19-32=51).
At the international level, he has represented Sweden at the 2018 U-18 World Junior Championship and recorded two points (1-1=2) in seven games.
The 6-foot-1, 170-pound native of Lidkoping, Sweden was originally selected by Dallas in the fifth round (132nd overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft.
