Marchment, 27, earned 47 points (18-29=47) in 54 regular-season games with the Florida Panthers in 2021-22. The forward shared seventh on the club with 18 goals, ranked seventh with 29 assists and a +29 plus/minus rating and ranked eighth with 47 points, establishing new career-highs in each category. He also shared ninth on the team with two game-winning goals and ranked third among club forwards and fifth among all skaters with 114 hits. Marchment appeared in four games during the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs, adding one goal (1-0=1) and 21 hits.

In 91 career regular-season NHL games with Florida and Toronto, Marchment has tallied 58 points (20-38=58). In 10 career postseason games, he has registered three goals (3-0=3). In his AHL career, the forward has earned 72 points (38-34=72) in 130 regular-season games with Toronto and Springfield. He made appearances in the Calder Cup Playoffs in 2018 and 2019, both with Toronto, adding 16 points (10-6=16) in 33 games and becoming a Calder Cup Champion in 2018.
The 6-foot-4, 209-pound native of Uxbridge, Ont., was originally undrafted and signed by Toronto as a free agent on March 17, 2018.
