• The Stars finish off their rare two-game road set against the Anaheim Ducks on Thursday night at Honda Center after taking the opener, 3-2, on Tuesday. This is the only time all season the Stars face the same road opponent for two consecutive games.
Radek Faksa, Roope Hintz and Jacob Peterson scored in Tuesday's win, with Peterson's go-ahead marker serving as the game winner (his fifth GWG of the season). Jake Oettinger made 26 saves on 28 shots in his first career appearance against the Ducks.
• The Stars enter Thursday's matchup with three straight wins over the Ducks. They've also notched wins in five of the past six (5-1-0) and six of the previous eight (6-2-0) overall.
