Dallas defeated Calgary in overtime, 4-3, in the first meeting of the 2018-19 season at Scotiabank Saddledome on Nov. 28. Seguin posted an assist and the overtime game-winning goal (1-1=2), while Benn (1-1=2) and defenseman Gavin Bayreuther (1-1=2) each added multi-point games. Khudobin stopped 30 of the 33 shots he faced.
