• The Stars face the Montreal Canadiens on Tuesday night at American Airlines Center for the first of two meetings this season. The two teams are scheduled to conclude the season series on March 17 at Bell Centre.
• The Stars have earned points in four straight games against Montreal (3-0-1) and haven't lost in regulation in their past six at home (4-0-2), outscoring Montreal 22-12 over that span. Additionally, Dallas has earned points in 12 of its past 14 home games against the Canadiens (9-2-3).
• The Stars have gone 11-for-11 on the penalty kill in their past four games against the Canadiens. They haven't allowed a goal on the penalty kill since their matchup on March 13, 2018.
• The Stars went 3-for-6 (50%) on the power play in two games against the Canadiens in 2019-20.
• Tyler Seguin has points in three straight games against the Habs (two goals, two assists), including the overtime game-winning goal in the Stars' most recent game against them. The Brampton, Ont., native has a nine-game point streak (eight goals, nine assists) against Montreal at home, his second-longest such streak in his career (other: 10 games, Philadelphia). With 29 career games played against Montreal, Seguin leads the Stars with 12 goals, 14 assists and 26 points.
• Joe Pavelski has three assists/points in consecutive games against the Habs, his first two games against them as a member of the Stars and has points in five of his past six (two goals, six assists). He's also recorded points in five of his past six games at home (two goals, five assists). In 19 career games against the Canadiens, Pavelski has eight goals and 19 points.
• Denis Gurianov recorded two goals in the most recent meeting vs. Montreal at American Airlines Center, tying his career high. His two goals co-led the club in the two games against the Canadiens in 2019-20.
• John Klingberg recorded two points (both assists) in his most recent game against Montreal and has six points (one goal, five assists) in 11 career games against the Canadiens.
• Anton Khudobin has appeared in five games against the Montreal Canadiens in his career, posting a 1-4-0 record, 3.01 goals-against average and .886 save percentage.
• Braden Holtby sports a 15-4-4 record, 2.30 GAA and .925 SV% in 24 career appearances vs. Montreal.

I close my eyes, and all I see is you

• Roope Hintz recorded the Stars' lone goal Friday night against the Florida Panthers.
• Hintz is riding a three-game point streak (two goals, two assists) and has nine points (four goals, five assists) in his past eight, including two three-point outings on Dec. 18 vs. Chicago and Jan. 12 vs. Seattle. He's totaled three three-point games this season, tying for first on the Stars (other: Pavelski).
• The Tampere, Finland native co-leads the Stars with 15 goals and ranks third with 27 points this season. He also ranks tied for first on the Stars and ranks seventh in the league with four game-winning goals.
• Hintz also co-leads the club in plus-minus (+10) and ranks second in power-play points (9).

I'll be here, I'll be waiting

• Esa Lindell lit the lamp for his second goal of the season on Saturday night in Tampa.
• With points in three straight games (one goal, two assists), Lindell matches the second longest point streak of his career established earlier this season from Nov. 16-20, 2021 (four assists). Lindell's longest point streak lasted five games from Dec. 29, 2019-Jan 9, 2020 (eight assists).
• The Vantaa, Finland native is tied for 13th in the NHL and leads the Stars with 2:51 shorthanded TOI per game, playing 59.5% of Dallas' time on the penalty kill. Lindell has led the team in both categories for four consecutive seasons dating back to 2018-19.
• He recorded his first goal of the season on the penalty kill on Dec. 20 vs. Minnesota, the fourth shorthanded goal of his career.
• Lindell leads the Stars with 74 blocked shots and shares third with 65 hits on the season.

Bag Policy:Wristlet, clutch or wallet 4.5x6.5 allowed at all entrances. Purses no larger than 14x14x6 will be allowed at designated X-ray entry points. No backpack or large totes allowed. Remote Bag Check at Silver Garage will be available for fans who need to check bags that are too large.
Re-Entry Policy: Re-entry is not allowed at any event at the American Airlines Center. For certain situations such as medical needs, re-entry can be approved by the Guest Services Supervisor at the door.
Smoking Policy: Guests can smoke at JD Patio and ULTRA Club Patio. No smoking areas will be located on Platinum level. All guests must be re-screened prior to entry back into the building.
Cashless Transactions: Be sure to bring your debit/credit card to AAC for cashless transactions. No cash will be accepted.
