• The Stars face the Montreal Canadiens for the second and final time this season on Thursday at Bell Centre.
• The Stars have earned at least a point in the standings in four of their last five games against the Canadiens (3-1-1) and have won two straight at Bell Centre.
• These two clubs most recently faced one another in Dallas on Jan. 18, a 5-3 victory for the Canadiens. Joe Pavelski and Tyler Seguin each recorded a goal and an assist, and Jacob Peterson added a goal. In his last game in Montreal, Seguin tallied two goals, including the overtime game winner.
Denis Gurianov has two goals and three points in four games against Montreal.
• Holtby has appeared in 25 games against Montreal, posting a record of 15-4-4 with a 2.28 goals-against average and .926 save percentage.

• The Brampton, Ontario native also leads his draft class with 54 game-winning goals and ranks fourth with a +62 rating.

Esa Lindell posted a goal and an assist on Saturday against the Rangers and has four points (one goal, three assists) in three of his last four games.
