'It's been a few days since I saw you last'

• The Stars face off against the Nashville Predators for the first of four meetings during the 2021-22 campaign.
• Last season, the Stars earned points in all eight matchups against Nashville (3-0-5). The club's eight-game point streak against the Predators is the team's longest active point streak against one opponent.
• Dallas has earned points in seven of its past nine contests (4-2-3) against the Predators in the Lone Star State.
• Forward Roope Hintz has inked the scoresheet in five of his past six games (three goals, six assists, nine points) vs. Nashville. Hintz has registered seven points (one goal, six assists) over five career games at home against the Predators.
• Defenseman John Klingberg has eight assists in his past seven games against the Predators. He's logged 10 assists over his past 10 against them and his 22 career assists/points in 32 games are his most against any NHL opponent.
• Forward Joe Pavelski logged 11 points (four goals, seven assists) in eight contests last season vs. Nashville and has 15 points (seven goals, eight assists) over his past 15 games against them. He leads all current Stars with 21 goals and 39 points (21 goals, 18 assists) in 54 career contests vs. the Predators.
• Forward Jason Robertson recorded five points (three goals, two assists) in eight games in 2021-22 against the Predators.
• Goaltender Anton Khudobin is riding a seven-game point streak vs. Nashville (3-0-4). In seven games last season against the Predators, the netminder posted a 1.66 goals against average, .931 save percentage and one shutout.

'Oh my friend, just look how far you've come'

• Defenseman Ryan Suter recorded his first multi-point game as a member of the Dallas Stars on Sunday night in Vancouver, including his first goal with Dallas (one goal, one assist).
• Suter has now earned points in back-to-back games (one goal, two assists) for the second time during the 2021-22 campaign, registering an assist on Nov. 4 against the Flames.
• This season, he ranks second on the Stars with 23:01 time on ice and 24 blocked shots, while he shares second with one power-play goal.
• Earlier this season, Suter skated in his 1,200th NHL contest on Oct. 16 at Boston, becoming just the 33rd defenseman and 114th player in league history to reach the milestone. He also became just the 14th US-born player in NHL history to do so.
• The native of Madison, Wisconsin was originally selected in the first round (seventh overall) by Nashville in the 2003 NHL Draft. He spent seven seasons with the club, amassing 238 points (38 goals, 200 assists) and a +62 plus/minus rating in 656 regular-season games.
• He also helped lead Nashville to five appearances in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and recorded 13 points (four goal, nine assists) in 39 postseason contests.

'Cause I've been moving mountains that I once had to climb'

• Robertson notched a season-high two assists on Sunday night against the Vancouver Canucks.
• Robertson now has inked the scoresheet in three of his five contests (one goal, three assists) this season after missing the first six games of 2021-22 due to injury.
• Last season, the Arcadia, California native ranked second on Dallas with 45 points (17 goals, 28 assists) as a rookie.
• Robertson finished second in the voting for the 2020-21 Calder Memorial Trophy. He became the first player in Dallas Stars history to be named a Calder Trophy finalist, while his second place finish is the highest since Mike Modano also finished second in voting for the 1989-90 season.
• Among league rookies, he finished first in assists (28), tied for first in plus/minus rating (+13), second in points (45), tied for second in goals (17), and tied for fourth in game-winning goals (3).

Smoking Policy - American Airlines Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including electronic and/or vapor smoking devices are not permitted.
