'I know it's been a while'

• Forward Joe Pavelski returns to San Jose for the second time since signing with the Stars as a free agent on July 1, 2019.
• In 13 seasons with the Sharks, Pavelski appeared in 963 games, recording 761 points (355 goals, 406 assists).
• Pavelski ranks second in Sharks history in goals, third in points and fourth in games played. He also holds three of the top 10 records for most goals in a Sharks season with 41 goals in 2013-14 and 38 goals in 2015-16 and 2018-19.
• The native of Plover, Wisconsin lit the lamp twice on Nov. 26 against the Colorado Avalanche, recording the 400th goal of his NHL career on the second marker. Pavelski became the 10th American-born player to reach 400 career goals and the first since Patrick Kane did so on Feb. 28, 2021.
• Pavelski leads the Stars with 21 points (nine goals, 12 assists) on the season and has recorded 11 points (five goals, six assists) in his past seven games.

'I wanna watch him play, wanna see him score'

• Forward Jason Robertson was kept off the scoresheet on Thursday night against LA and saw his season-long seven-game point streak come to an end.
• Robertson earned points in seven consecutive games (five goals, six assists) from Nov. 23 to Dec. 8, his longest point streak since last season when he recorded points in nine straight contests from April 13-27, 2021 (four goals, nine assists).
• The native of Arcadia, California has earned points in 13 of his 18 games (eight goals, 12 assists) in 2021-22.
