Parking is available to all Dallas Stars plan holders for every game in your plan. You can purchase parking passes for individual games through your online account manager or contact your Stars representative to purchase your parking passes. We are excited to continue to provide an annual VCM Event for the 2024-25 season. More details to come in the off season on location and date of this year's event.

All available information regarding securing your 2024 Stanley Cup Playoff tickets will be made available in the Spring through your Online Account Manager. At that time, you can review the information along with other important membership details for the 2023-24 season by logging into your account manager.

The Dallas Stars primary communication with all Victory Club Member's is through email and through your dedicated Client Relations Representative. Many important emails will come from [email protected] and it is recommended that you add this address to your safe sender and contact list to ensure all emails arrive to your inbox.

We strongly recommend that you do not unsubscribe from this email list as emails are only sent when pertinent information is available to be shared specifically with Victory Club Member accounts. You will also be subscribed to the Dallas Stars Insider, a general e-newsletter that contains information that is not specific to members. These emails are sent more frequently and contain relevant information for all fans regarding upcoming games, Stars events and promotions, and American Airlines Center notifications.

Birthday requests can be submitted to your Stars representative and are free for Victory Club members. Requests must be submitted by noon on the business day prior to the game requested.
