Kaprizov, 25 (4/26/97), becomes the Wild's fifth player to be selected to multiple All-Star games in team history. The 5-foot-11, 202-pound native of Novokuznetsk, Russia, owns 47 points (22-25=47), 10 power-play goals (PPG), 19 power-play points (PPP), four game-winning goals (GWG) and 146 shots in 37 games this season. He leads the Wild in goals, assists, scoring, shots, PPG, PPP, GWG, even-strength goals (12) and even-strength points (28). He ranks T-1st in the NHL in shootout goals (4), T-5th in PPG, eighth in points, T-9th in goals, T-10th in PPP, T-11th in shots on goal and T-12th in GWG. The left-winger set franchise records for longest point streak (14 games), longest assist streak (nine games) and longest goal streak (seven games) this season. Per NHL Stats, Kaprizov is the only player among all 32 NHL clubs to hold the franchise record (outright or tied) for all three scoring streak milestones. He also owns an active 14-game home point streak (10-15=25) dating back to Nov. 13, tied for the longest in franchise history. Kaprizov has recorded 206 points (96-110=206) in 173 career games with Minnesota.
The Florida Panthers will host the 2023 Honda NHL® All-Star Weekend, from Feb. 3-4, including the 2023 NHL All-Star Skills, presented by DraftKings Sportsbook, on Friday, Feb. 3 at 6:00 p.m. CT on ESPN and the 2023 Honda NHL® All-Star Game on Saturday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. CT on ABC and ESPN+. The 2023 Honda NHL® All-Star Game will once again consist of a three-game tournament, played in a 3-on-3 format, featuring four teams - one for each NHL division. Each team will be made up of 11 players from the respective division: six forwards, three defensemen and two goaltenders.
