Iowa traveled to San Jose for two games against the Barracuda last week.

The two teams met for the first time on Saturday, Oct. 19, with Iowa falling, 5-0. Jesper Wallstedt stopped 37-of-42 shots faced in his first appearance with Iowa this season. They closed out the two-game set the next night with San Jose beating Iowa, 7-3. Hunter Haight recorded a hat trick for Iowa, scoring his first professional goal in the process. Michael Milne assisted on all three goals and Devin Shore recorded a season-high six shots.

Through four games, Milne leads all Iowa skaters with four points (1-3=4), Haight (3-0=3) and Brendan Gaunce (1-2=3) have three points each. Samuel Hlavaj is 0-1-0 with a 5.13 GAA and a .762 SV%, William Rousseau is 0-1-0 with a 3.09 GAA and a .864 SV% and Wallstedt is 0-2-0 with a 7.20 GAA and a .821 SV%.

Iowa plays host to the Milwaukee Admirals tonight at 7:00 p.m., before traveling to Texas for two games against the Stars on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 26 at 7:00 p.m.
