SAINT PAUL, Minn. -Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin tonight announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has acquired a fourth-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft in a three-team trade with the St. Louis Blues and the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Wild acquired center Ryan O'Reilly from St. Louis in exchange for forward Josh Pillar. St. Louis retained half of O'Reilly's salary. Minnesota then traded O'Reilly to the Maple Leafs in exchange for a fourth-round selection in the 2025 NHL Draft. Minnesota retained 25% of O'Reilly's remaining salary.
Minnesota now has seven picks in the 2025 NHL Draft.
