SAINT PAUL, Minn. -Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has agreed to terms with forward Jordan Greenway on a three-year, $9 million contract extension ($3 million average annual value) that goes through the 2024-25 season.
Greenway, 24 (2/16/97), has recorded 13 points (4-9=13), a plus-17 rating, 28 penalty minutes (PIM), two game-winning goals (GWG), 82 hits and 47 shots in 33 games this season. He set a career-high three points (1-2=3) Nov. 30 vs. ARI, a career-high two goals Dec. 9 at SJ and posted multiple points in back-to-back games for the first time in his career, Jan. 22-24. The 6-foot-6, 231-pound native of Canton, N.Y., owns 98 points (30-68=98), a plus-12 rating, 160 PIM, three GWG, 326 hits and 333 shots in 243 career games in five seasons with Minnesota (2017-22). He has five points (2-3=5) in 16 career Stanley Cup Playoff contests with the Wild.

Greenway was selected by Minnesota in the second round (50th overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft. The left-shot forward was the first player to appear in the Olympics, the NCAA Hockey Tournament, and the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the same season (2017-18). He made his NHL debut March 27, 2018 at NSH and scored his first career goal in Game 3 of the Western Conference Quarterfinal vs. WPG on April 15, 2018 to become the first player in franchise history to score his first NHL goal in the playoffs.
