Season-Opening Roster Release CMS

ST. PAUL --Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has reduced its training camp roster to 22 players and placed forwards Luke Johnson and Kyle Rau, defensemen Matt Bartkowski, Louie Belpedio and Dakota Mermis and goaltender Andrew Hammond on its taxi squad. The team also designated forwards Marco Rossi and Mats Zuccarello and goaltender Alex Stalock as injured non-roster players.

Minnesota opens the 2020-21 NHL season with a four-game road trip starting at the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 9 p.m. on FOX Sports North and KFAN 100.3 FM. The Wild hosts the San Jose Sharks in its home opener on Friday, Jan. 22 at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports North and KFAN 100.3 FM.
