In the shortened 2020-21 season, forward Andre Burakovsky was one point shy of tying his career highs with 19 goals and 44 points on the campaign.
Burakovsky ranked fourth on the Colorado Avalanche in both goals and points (tied) in 53 games, putting up almost identical numbers to his first season with the Avs in 2019-20. The 26-year-old had 25 assists this season as well, tying his personal best that he set in his first year with Colorado and was one goal shy of matching his career high.
The Malmo, Sweden, native that was born in Klagenfurt, Austria, averaged 2:11 of ice time on the power play per game this past year and set a career high with four man-advantage markers, tied for fifth on the team. Burakovsky found the back of the net 15 times at even strength, the second-most on the club and tied for the 31st most in the league.
