Forsling, 22, appeared in 41 games for the Blackhawks last season recording 13 points (3G, 10A). He also skated in 18 regular-season games with Rockford, notching five points (2G, 3A), and 13 playoff games with the IceHogs, tallying five points (1G, 4A). The defenseman missed all of training camp while recovering from wrist surgery and has yet to appear in a game this season.
