David Pastrnak & 98.5 The Sports Hub's Pucks & Paddles

The Boston Bruins Foundation, David Pastrnak, and 98.5 The Sports Hub have teamed up for the 5th Annual Pucks and Paddles ping pong tournament. This tournament will feature players from the active Bruins roster, 98.5 on air talent's highest fundraisers, and Special Olympics of MA athletes. VIP attendees will also enjoy a pre-event meet & greet with members of the team.

  • When: Wednesday, November 20th, 2024
  • Time: 3:00 PM-6:00 PM
  • Where: House of Blues Boston (15 Lansdowne Street, Boston, MA 02215)

Tickets: When purchasing VIP tickets, guests will either choose to be a part of the Gold VIP session or Silver VIP to meet players from the active Bruins roster, including admission to a 45-minute autograph session, and watch the tournament.

  • Gold VIP Session (SOLD OUT): David Pastrnak, Charlie McAvoy, Pavel Zacha, and Brandon Carlo
  • Silver VIP Session (CLOSED): Brad Marchand, Jeremy Swayman, Charlie Coyle, Trent Frederic, and Hampus Lindholm
  • VIP ticket cost: $300/ticket

Online Auction (CLOSED): Bidding has closed for fans to win the opportunity to play ping pong with their favorite Bruins players.

House Of Blues Bag Policy: Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Online Auction

Fans had the opportunity to bid for their chance to play ping pong with their favorite Bruins player or local celebrity. The auction ran from October 30th - November 12th. The tournament will commence with two select players playing ping pong against two athletes from Special Olympics of MA, followed by a single elimination tournament featuring the players and bidders. The rounds will advance to a championship game featuring the final two teams, with a winning tandem being crowned the ping pong fest champions. In addition, the four best Bruins ping pong players will participate in a separate informal singles competition to demonstrate their talents to the crowd.
