Daytime Access
If you are interested in visiting Boston Bruins Heritage Hall during the daytime (Monday – Sunday, 9am – 2:30pm), visitors can purchase tickets through The Sports Museum. Each Sports Museum tour will conclude with entry into Boston Bruins Heritage Hall unless otherwise noted that it is a Heritage Hall only day. Hours are subject to change daily dependent on TD Garden events and holidays.
Pregame Access
Pregame access to Heritage Hall through December 29th is on sale now. If you are interested in visiting Boston Bruins Heritage Hall ahead of a Bruins home game in the two-hour window prior to puck drop, fans must secure a Heritage Hall ticket in addition to a Bruins game ticket. Fans without a Bruins game ticket will not be permitted to enter Heritage Hall pregame.
If you already have tickets to an upcoming Bruins home game through December 29th, you can purchase a Heritage Hall ticket for a 1-hour pregame time slot. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Please note that if a game date is not listed, Heritage Hall tickets are either sold out or the experience is closed for a private event. Heritage Hall access for games following December 29th will be available at a later date.

The Heritage Hall Founders Club is an exclusive annual membership to Boston Bruins Heritage Hall available to 2024-25 Boston Garden Society Members, 2024-25 Season Ticket Holders and 2024-25 Game Plan Holders. Is my ticket to Heritage Hall transferable?
- Heritage Hall tickets are transferable but in order to access Heritage Hall, you must have a ticket to the Bruins game.
Can I walk up and purchase admission to Heritage Hall in person, or do I have to purchase admission online?
- All pregame access must be purchased through Ticketmaster Account Manager and all daytime access must be purchased through universe. While walk ups are welcome, access is only available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. To guarantee access, we recommend purchasing online in advance.
Can I reserve access for a group?
- Yes, groups can reserve access to Heritage Hall based on availability. Group purchasers can work with their Bruins Account Executive directly.
Can I use a TD Garden Gold Card gift card to purchase access to Heritage Hall?
- No gift cards, including TD Garden Gold Cards, can be used to purchase access to Heritage Hall
Am I still guaranteed entry if I miss my selected timeslot?

When is Heritage Hall open on Bruins gamedays? Can I access Heritage Hall during a Bruins game?
- In addition to The Sports Museum’s hours of operation, Heritage Hall is open for the two-hour period prior to puck drop on gamedays (unless otherwise noted). For example, if a Bruins game starts at 7:00 PM, Heritage Hall is open 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM that night. Doors close at the time of puck drop. Is there food and beverage available at Heritage Hall? Can I bring outside food and drinks into Heritage Hall?
- No, there are no concessions available during your visit to Heritage Hall. Concessions are available at the Bruins game throughout the TD Garden concourse, but visitors are not permitted to bring food and drink inside Heritage Hall. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in Heritage Hall either. If you or someone in your party has a medical condition, religious need, or other need to bring in food or beverage from outside of the arena, please reach out to TD Garden Customer Service in advance of your event at [email protected].
How do I get into Heritage Hall?
- During the day, please go to The Sports Museum/Heritage Hall Box Office, which is located across the North Station East Side elevators and next to the TD Garden Box Office. All tours will begin there. Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of the tour time you signed up for so that we can check you in.
- If you are accessing Boston Bruins Heritage Hall in the two hours before Boston Bruins home games, you should proceed directly to Boston Bruins Heritage Hall located on Level 2 of TD Garden. If you have access to the Boston Garden Society (BGS) elevators through your Boston Bruins game ticket, you can enter through the Boston Garden Society branded elevators. The BGS elevators can be found on Level 1 inside North Station and Levels P1-P4 in the North Station Garage. If you have Loge or Balcony tickets, you can access the Boston Bruins Heritage Hall entrance by taking the escalators located outside in The Hub on Causeway up to Level 2 and entering through the Boston Garden Society entrance (far right door). There will be signs pointing to the entrance.
Can I leave and re-enter Heritage Hall?
- No. Once you exit Heritage Hall, you will not be able to get back in. The same rule applies to those visiting with a membership.
How long can I visit Heritage Hall for?
- When visiting before a Bruins game, you will have access for one hour. This hour will be dependent on the time you select when purchasing access to Heritage Hall.
Do I have to follow a tour guide through Heritage Hall?
- Heritage Hall is a self-guided experience without tour guides. However, our ambassadors throughout the venue can answer questions and assist you during your visit.

Is Heritage Hall ADA accessible?
- Yes, it is a fully accessible space with open caption on all the digital assets. While there is no tactile control, The Sports Museum offers personalized guided tour experiences for the visually impaired.
Are service dogs allowed?
- Service dogs that are trained to provide services and tasks for persons with disabilities are permitted. Support or companion animals are not permitted.
Are strollers allowed in Heritage Hall?
- If necessary, guests may bring strollers to the arena. Strollers are not allowed inside Heritage Hall, on the concourse, or in arena seating and must be checked at the Guest Services Office on Level 4, near Loge 4. TD Garden is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged strollers.
Are restrooms available in Heritage Hall? Are they ADA accessible?
- Yes, there are ADA accessible restrooms in Heritage Hall.
Visitor Conduct and Policies
Am I allowed to take photos or record videos in Heritage Hall?
- The taking of photos and videos is prohibited in Heritage Hall. However, some interactive exhibits within Heritage Hall take photos or videos for you to have and share. These are permitted.
