BOSTON - Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, January 31, that the team has recalled forward Peter Cehlarik from Providence on an emergency basis. Cehlarik will join the team for Wednesday's practice at Warrior Ice Arena.
Cehlarik, 22, has one goal and one assists for two points in five games with Boston this season. He also has six goals and seven assists for 13 points with a plus-four rating in 17 games with Providence in 2017-18.
The 6-foot-2, 202-pound Zilina, Slovakia native was originally selected by Boston in the third round (90th overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
