BOSTON -Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeneyannounced today, July 11, that the team has signed forward Marc McLaughlin to a one-year, two-way contract with an NHL cap hit of $775,000.

McLaughlin, 23, split time between Providence and Boston during the 2022-23 season, playing in two NHL games. In Providence, McLaughlin appeared in 66 AHL games, tallying 13 goals and 17 assists for 30 points with a plus-two rating.

The 6-foot, 203-pound forward has played in 13 career NHL games with Boston, totaling three goals.

The North Billerica, Massachusetts native was originally signed as a free agent by Boston in March, 2022.
