BOSTON -Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, March 29, that the team has signed forward Trevor Kuntar to a two-year entry-level contract beginning with the 2023-24 season with an annual NHL cap hit of $867,500.

Kuntar, 21, appeared in 34 NCAA games with Boston College in 2022-23, recording 13 goals and 16 assists for 29 points. The 6-foot, 195-pound forward spent three seasons at Boston College from 2020-23, totaling 28 goals and 31 assists for 59 points in 93 NCAA games.
Prior to joining the NCAA ranks at Boston College, Kuntar played three seasons in the USHL with the Youngstown Phantoms from 2017-20. In his final USHL season in 2019-20, Kuntar posted 28 goals and 25 assists for 53 points in 44 games.
The Williamsville, NY native was originally selected by Boston in the third round (89th overall) of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
