BOSTON -The National Hockey League announced today, January 19, that Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak has been selected for the 2023 NHL All-Star Game.

Pastrnak was one of 12 players who were selected for the game through the 2023 Honda All-Star Fan Vote presented by Guaranteed Rate, which allowed fans to vote for their favorite players online and via Twitter.
This is the third career All-Star selection for Pastrnak, who made his first appearance in 2019 and his second appearance in 2020, when he was named the NHL All-Star Game MVP.
Pastrnak, 26, has played in 44 games with the Bruins this season, recording 35 goals and 28 assists for 63 points with a plus-24 rating.
Pastrnak leads the Bruins in goals (35), assists (28), points (63), points per game (1.43), even strength goals (22), even strength points (37), power play goals (13), and power play points (26) so far this season while averaging 19:41 time on ice per game, the most of any Bruins forward.
This is Pastrnak's sixth career 30-goal season, which ties him for fourth in Bruins history with Cam Neely, Peter McNab and Patrice Bergeron.
The 6-foot-1, 195-pound winger has spent all nine seasons of his career in Boston, playing in a total of 554 games for the Bruins. In that time, Pastrnak has amassed 275 goals and 292 assists for 567 points with a plus-110 rating.
He ranks in the top-20 in Bruins franchise history in goals (10th, 275), hat tricks (3rd, 13) assists (19th, 292) and points (15th, 567).
Pastrnak tallied a career-high 48 goals during the 2019-20 season in which he earned the Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy, awarded annually to the leading goal scorer in the National Hockey League.
