Getting to Know: Bruins Seventh-Round Pick Daniel Bukac

BostonBruins.com- The Boston Bruins selected Brandon Wheat Kings defenseman Daniel Bukac with the 204th overall pick on Saturday afternoon at the 2017 NHL Entry Draft in Chicago.

Miscellaneous: Bukac played 72 games for the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League during the 2016-17 season, collecting two goals, 15 assists and 38 penalty minutes. He also skated in two playoff contests.
The 6-foot-4, 185-pound defenseman has represented the Czech Republic on multiple occasions. Most recently, he played in the 2017 World U-18 World Championship, dishing out an assist in his one game. He also participated in the 2016 Ivan Hlinka Memorial, where he registered an assist in five games.
