BOSTON -The Boston Bruins announced today, August 1, that the team has received a salary arbitration decision for goaltender Jeremy Swayman on a one-year NHL contract with a cap hit of $3.475 million.

Swayman, 24, appeared in 37 games with the Bruins during the 2022-23 season, posting a 24-6-4 record with a 2.27 goals against average and .920 save percentage to help secure the Jennings Trophy alongside Linus Ullmark.

The 6-foot-2, 194-pound goaltender has played in 88 career NHL games with Boston, compiling a career record of 54-23-7 with a 2.24 goals against average and .920 save percentage.

The Anchorage, Alaska native was originally selected by Boston in the fourth round (111th overall) of the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.
