DEVILS VS. SABRES
Tonight is the third and final regular-season meeting between the Devils and Sabres in 2016-17. New Jersey is 2-0-0 vs. Buffalo this season, having defeated the club, 2-1 OT, on Nov. 11 at KeyBank Center and 4-2 on Nov. 12 at Prudential Center. The last time the Devils swept Buffalo in a season-series was in 2014-15 (3-0-0).
Andy Greene scored the game-winner in overtime (penalty shot) on Nov. 11 and Kyle Palmieri had the GWG on Nov. 12. Taylor Hall leads the Devils in points, three assists (3pts), vs. Buffalo.
New Jersey is 6-8-3 vs. the Atlantic Division and is 12-13-5 against Eastern Conference opponents. The Devils are 4-1-0 at Prudential Center and are 8-2-1 overall vs. the Sabres since the 2013-14 season.
