The National Hockey League announced Tuesday that Devils defenseman P.K. Subban is the team's nominee for the King Clancy Memorial Trophy. The award goes to the NHL player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice, and who has made a significant humanitarian contribution to his community.
Subban has embraced philanthropic work
throughout his entire NHL career. The blueliner launched the P.K. Subban Foundation in 2014 and throughout his 12 seasons in the NHL, he has worked in the greater Newark, Montreal and Nashville communities.
