ELIGIBILITY: #BoldInGold 2017 NHL All-Star Weekend Experience Contest (the "contest") is open to legal residents of Las Vegas, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Black Knight Sports and Entertainment, LLC (Vegas Golden Knights), National Hockey League. ("NHL"), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER:The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") Friday, January 13, 2017 and ends at 12:00 noon PST Friday, January 20, 2017 ("Entry Period"). During the Entry Period, there is one way to enter: go to VegasGoldenKnights.com/ASG and submit a picture and brief description as to why you are the best choice to represent our fan base at the All-Star Weekend. Entrants also may be required to submit certain personal information, but not limited to, entrants name, email, address and zip code.
By submitting an entry, entrants agree that it conforms to the guidelines and content restrictions below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any entry and/or disqualify an entrant from the Contest if it believes the entry fails to conform.
Guidelines:
The entry must not include any private information of a third party such as name, address, phone number or email address.
If any entry includes the image of a child under the age of 14, the entrant must be the child's parent/legal guardian.
The entry must not include brand names or trademarks other than those owned by Sponsor, which entrant has limited license to use to create and upload an entry in this Contest.
The entry must comply with all applicable laws as well as applicable policies of Sponsor.

The entry must conform to the standards and practices of Sponsor, as applicable, and may not be offensive, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and may not defame or invade the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any person (living or deceased) or entity, or otherwise infringe upon any person or entity's rights.
The entry may not disparage Sponsor or affiliates or any of their respective products or services
The entry must be in good taste and appropriate for a family audience (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and may not contain nudity, obscenity, profanity, indecent material, lewd acts, references to violence, or demean any gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
The entry must be the sole, original work of the entrant.
No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person and per household. In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first entry received from such person's e-mail address or household will be considered. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entry and that participant may be disqualified. Entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor's servers and clock shall serve as the official clock for the Sweepstakes and participants' proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.
PRIZE/VALUE/ODDS: One GRAND PRIZE will be awarded, consisting of one night stay from January 28, 2017 in one standard room for up to two persons at a hotel in Los Angeles, CA to be selected by Sponsor, two suite tickets to the NHL Skills Challenge on Saturday, January 28, 2017, two suite tickets to the 2017 NHL All-Star game on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA as well as two round-trip plane tickets on a mutually agreed upon flight between Winner and Vegas Golden Knights, to travel back and forth from Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) (the "Prize"). All transportation to and from airports and destinations shall be at the sole expense of Winner. (Approximate Retail Value of Prize ("ARV"): $1,200).
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries and the quality of the entry as determined by the judge(s) described in the "Winner Selection" section of these Official Rules.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Winner.
All elements of prize must be used must be used on the dates set forth above and the prize package must be redeemed in full. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If guest of winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, then guest must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must be winner. Winner and guest are required to comply with all applicable policies, conditions and restrictions. If winner does not live in Las Vegas at the time of contemplated travel, winner is responsible for all transportation for winner and guest. In the event that a winner is unable to use the prize on the date scheduled by Sponsor, potential winner forfeits prize.
The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to change the date of the prize execution in its sole discretion. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed. Sponsor reserves he right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
Prizes will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed.
WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS-IS. SPONSOR MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS TO ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENTS OF ANY PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
WINNER SELECTION: Following the Entry Period, one or more judges determined by Sponsor will decide on the winning entry among all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The judge(s) will evaluate and choose the winning entry by giving equal weight to the following criteria: (i) creativity and originality; (ii) the time and effort that appears to have been invested to create the entry; and (iii) adherence to the Guidelines.
The judge(s) will be selected by Sponsor and will consist of three marketing professionals with entertainment and promotions backgrounds.
NOTIFICATION:The potential Winner will be notified on or about January 23, 2017 by e-mail, mail and/or telephone (in the sole discretion of the applicable NHL Entity, as applicable) by the Sponsor. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such notification within one business day of date of issuance, a disqualification will result, prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to team official and will be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within two days of date of issuance. At Sponsor's request at any time, potential winner also may be required to execute appropriate documents authorizing Sponsor to conduct a criminal background check regarding potential winner. A disqualification will result, prize will be forfeited and, at sole discretion
and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner with the next best entry will be selected if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential Winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at team's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE/LICENSE: By participating in the contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other NHL Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the contest, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of any Prize.
Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such Winner's name, biographical information, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, image and/or other likeness, entry materials and prize information in at the arena, on the Internet, over social media and/or any and all other media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for all purposes, including, without limitation, for general promotional and advertising purposes, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Furthermore, winner, by acceptance of Prize, represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of any and all minors appearing in or referenced in their entry (each a "Minor Participant") and hereby grants Sponsor the aforementioned rights and permissions with respect to Minor Participant.
In addition, entrants grant a perpetual, royalty-free and worldwide license to Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and each of their respective designees of all intellectual property rights in their entries. Pursuant to the license granted herein, entrants agree that Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and their respective designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote, display, distribute, perform, assign and otherwise use entries in any way they see fit without compensation to entrants. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation required for them to make use of the rights entrant is granting to use their entries.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries, e-mail or mail. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunication or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and/or their respective agents.
Sponsor and the other NHL Entities shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.
All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in Clark County, state of Nevada, without resort to any form of class action, and without giving effect to choice of law or conflicted law principles (whether of the state of Nevada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nevada. Sponsor's failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Sponsor and the other NHL Entities, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the Winner(s) and award the Prize(s) by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND NHL WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR AND THE OTHER NHL ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
