A fun and busy week has come and gone for the Vegas Golden Knights prospects as 2023 Development Camp presented by Martin-Harris Construction came to a close on Thursday morning at City National Arena.

Team Red and Team White squared off for the final scrimmage of the week on Thursday morning as Team White came away with a 6-4 victory. Jackson Hallum scored twice in the winning effort as the offense flowed for both teams. Watch the full scrimmage below!

In addition to their work on the ice, the Golden Knights prospects enjoyed their summer visit to Las Vegas by hitting a few spots as a group. Watching fireworks and hanging out by the pool were popular activities on July 4 as they enjoyed the holiday. The group also attended Monday's Las Vegas Aviators game at the Las Vegas Ballpark.

After their practice on Tuesday, the group scoped out the arenas they hope to play in as professionals as they stopped by T-Mobile Arena and The Dollar Loan Center. A handful of players at camp have already logged big minutes for the Henderson Silver Knights so they knew the AHL rink well, but every player was wide-eyed walking through the halls of the building where the Stanley Cup was won just three weeks ago.

The rest of the summer awaits the prospect pool as they'll mix rest and relaxation with work as they gear up for the next steps of their hockey journeys. VGK Rookie Camp will be circled on their calendars in September as the first action of the 2023-24 season gets underway.
