VEGAS (September 20, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon announced today, September 20, that the team has signed defenseman Brayden Pachal to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Pachal (pronounced PUH-hall) was invited the to Golden Knights training camp and also participated in the team's development camp in June. The Estevan, Saskatchewan native played in the Western Hockey League for the Price Albert Raiders, appearing in 164 games over the last three seasons. Last year, as the captain for the Raiders, he finished with 51 points (15 G, 36 A) and led all players in the WHL in plus/minus with a plus-76. He also helped lead the Raiders to a WHL championship and an appearance in the Memorial Cup.
