Paul Cotter and Shea Theodore scored late third-period goals to lift the Vegas Golden Knights (7-0-0) to a 3-2 victory against the Philadelphia Flyers (3-2-1) on Tuesday night at T-Mobile Arena. The Golden Knights extended their season-opening win streak to seven games.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
Ivan Barbashev cashed in on a rebound in front of Carter Hart at 6:54 of the first period to give Vegas a 1-0 lead. The Flyers answered with goals from Noah Cates and Cam Atkinson late in the frame as Philadelphia carried a 2-1 edge into the middle frame. After a scoreless second period, Cotter walked around Egor Zamula to wired a shot over Hart's shoulder and in for the game-tying goal. With 32.5 seconds remaining, Theodore sifted a wrist shot through traffic and into the net for the game-winner as the Golden Knights came back for the 3-2 win.
