Every season, one of the earliest events to signal the start of a new season is the NHL Media Tour.
With players from all 30 -- now 31 -- clubs descending on New York, the NHL Media Tour lasts a few days. It provides the game's top players the chance to speak with the media and participate in photo shoots to promote the coming season.
Goalie Marc-Andre Fleury was in New York to represent the Golden Knights at the team's first-ever NHL Media Tour. This included an appearance on NBC's TODAY Show for Fleury, who fended off shots from Matt Lauer, as well as a turn on ice to play hockey against youth hockey players.
Here are the best photos from Fleury's visit to the NHL Media Tour.
