ELIGIBILITY: Vegas Golden Knights Calvin Pickard's Goalie Mask #picksmaskcontest(the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Las Vegas, 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Black Knight Sports and Entertainment LLC ("Vegas Golden Knights"), National Hockey League ("NHL"), other NHL teams ("NHL Entities") and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations

HOW TO ENTER: The Contest begins on Tuesday, August 1, 2017and ends at Noon PT on Friday, August 4, 2017("Entry Period"). To enter, during the Entry Period, go to VegasGoldenKnights.com/PicksMask ("Website Entry Page") and complete an entry, and, at the same time, submit a picture, design, idea, or concept for Calvin Pickard's goalie mask in accordance with the below guidelines and restrictions, either by uploading the submission on the Website Entry Page. Your entry submission is hereinafter referred to as your "Submission", and your Submission and the other entry information you provide in connection with the Contest are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Entry Materials". Entrants shall be required to submit certain personal information, including, but not limited to, entrant's name, age, email address, telephone number and zip code. If Entrant is under the age of 18, he or she must obtain his or her parents or guardian's permission prior to entering the Contest. Upon completion of these steps, you will receive one entry into the Contest.
By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the Entry Materials conform to the guidelines and content restrictions below and that the Vegas Golden Knights, in its sole discretion, may remove any entry and/or disqualify an entrant from the Contest if it believes the Entry Materials fail to conform.
Calvin will pick which Submissions he likes best by Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Calvin will then work with his artist to put together a final mask. Entrant agrees that his or her Submission might be similar to submissions from other entrants and that entrant waives any and all claims against the Vegas Golden Knights, NHL and Mr. Pickard if another submission is selected. Entrant further agrees that the Vegas Golden Knights and Mr. Pickard may modify entrant's Entry Materials in the final mask design.
GUIDELINES:
The Entry Materials must not include any private information of a third party such as name, likeness, address, phone number or email address.
The Entry Materials must not include copyrighted material, brand names or trademarks other than those owned by the Vegas Golden Knights, which entrant has limited license to use to create and upload an entry in this Contest.
The Entry Materials must comply with all applicable laws as well as applicable policies of the Vegas Golden Knights.
The Entry Materials must not be offensive, as determined by Vegas Golden Knights in its sole discretion, and may not defame or invade the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any person (living or deceased) or entity, or otherwise infringe upon any person or entity's rights.
The Entry Materials may not disparage the Vegas Golden Knights, the NHL, other NHL Entities or their affiliates or any of their respective products or services.
The Entry Materials must be in good taste and appropriate for a family audience (as determined by the Vegas Golden Knights in its sole discretion) and may not contain nudity, obscenity, profanity, indecent material, lewd acts, references to violence, or demean any gender, race, religion or sexual orientation.
The Entry Materials must be the sole, original work of the entrant.
No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person and per household. In case of multiple entries received from any person with multiple social media handles, only the first entry received from such person's social media handle or household will be considered. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on a social media handle, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the social media handle submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the social media handle address for the domain associated with the submitted social media handle.
The Vegas Golden Knights reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different social media handles, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entry and that participant may be disqualified.
Entry Materials are the property of the Vegas Golden Knights' and will not be returned or acknowledged. Entrant hereby assigns to the Vegas Golden Knights all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Submission and other Entry Materials, including, without limitation, the copyright, trademark, trade secret, patentable invention and all other intellectual property relating thereto. Entrant shall, at any time at the Vegas Golden Knight's request and expense, execute and deliver to the Vegas Golden Knights any documentation that the Vegas Golden Knights believes appropriate to confirm and otherwise effectuate this assignment, and entrant shall take such further action as may be considered necessary by the Vegas Golden Knights at any time in order to confirm and otherwise effectuate this assignment. If entrant fails to execute any such documentation within ten days following the Vegas Golden Knights' request, entrant hereby appoints the Vegas Golden Knights as his/her attorney-in-fact to do so on his/her behalf. Consistent with the Vegas Golden Knights' ownership of the Entry Materials, entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Vegas Golden Knights and its licensees (including, at its discretion, the other NHL Entities, Calvin Pickard, and its and his respective designees) shall have the right to use (or refrain from using) and modify the Entry Materials as it and he deems appropriate at its and his sole discretion.
The Vegas Golden Knights' clock shall serve as the official clock for the Contest.
PRIZE/VALUE/ODDS:
Five entrants whose Submissions are selected by Calvin for use as part of his mask will receive an invitation to attend a group meet-and-greet where the selected entrants will receive a puck signed by Calvin and have an opportunity to pose for a picture with Calvin. The ARV for each such prize is $5.00.
One of the selected entrants will be awarded our single Grand Prize. If Calvin selects only one Submission for use as part of his mask, the entrant who provided this Submission will be the Grand Prize winner. Alternatively, if Calvin selects multiple Submissions for use as part of his mask, all entrants whose Submissions are selected will be included in a random drawing from which the single Grand Prize Winner will be chosen. The Grand Prize will consist of one authentic Vegas Golden Knights jersey given to the winner personally by Calvin. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $200.
All prizes will be awarded and the meet-and-greet will take place at City National Arena, at the same time on a date determined by the Vegas Golden Knights during the pre-season (after September 15, 2017).
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE CONDITIONS:Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners.
If a potential winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, then a parent or guardian may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Confirmation of Intellectual Property Assignment and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, on behalf of the potential winners as described in the "Notification" section of these Official Rules.
Winners are required to comply with all applicable policies, conditions and restrictions.
The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions.
The Vegas Golden Knights reserves the right to change the date of the prize execution in its sole discretion. Further, the Vegas Golden Knights reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed. The Vegas Golden Knights reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
The Vegas Golden Knights is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed.
WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS-IS. THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS TO ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENTS OF ANY PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
PROCESS AND WINNER SELECTION:Calvin will kick-off the Contest with a cell phone video explaining the Contest and encouraging fans to help design his Vegas Golden Knights goalie mask. Throughout the Entry Period, Calvin will participate in approximately five telephone calls with external media (these calls will be on radio, television and online) and two twitter takeovers where Calvin will answer fans questions about his then current likes/dislikes. After the Entry Period, Calvin will select the Submissions for use as part of his mask in his sole and absolute discretion.
!NOTIFICATION:The selected entrants and potential winner(s) for the meet-and-greet and Grand Prize will be notified through email on or about August 10, 2017. Potential winner(s) may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to team official and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Confirmation of Intellectual Property Assignment and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity. At the Vegas Golden Knights' request at any time, potential winners also may be required to execute appropriate documents authorizing the Vegas Golden Knights to conduct a criminal background check. A disqualification will result, prize will be forfeited and, at the sole discretion of the Vegas Golden Knights and, time permitting, an alternate potential winner will be selected if all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential winners' noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at team's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE/LICENSE:By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive and release any and all claims against the Vegas Golden Knights, the other NHL Entities, Calvin Pickard, and each of their and his respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Contest, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of any prize.
Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, grants to the Vegas Golden Knights, the other NHL Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such winners' name, biographical information, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, image and/or other likeness, entry materials and prize information in at the arena, on the Internet, over social media and/or any and all other media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for all purposes, including, without limitation, for general promotional and advertising purposes, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
Furthermore, each winner (or, if winner is a minor, winner's parent or legal guardian on behalf of winner, represents and warrants that he or she (or his or her parent) is the parent or legal guardian of any and all minors appearing in or referenced in their Entry Materials and hereby grants the Vegas Golden Knights the aforementioned rights and permissions with respect to a minor participant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunication or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Contest-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or the Vegas Golden Knights' representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Vegas Golden Knights, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Vegas Golden Knights, the other NHL Entities and/or their respective agents.
The Vegas Golden Knights and the other NHL Entities shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Contest, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.

All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in Clark County, State of Nevada, without resort to any form of class action, and without giving effect to choice of law or conflicted law principles (whether of the state of Nevada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nevada. The Vegas Golden Knights' failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Other than any claim for equitable or injunctive relief, all other claims, disputes and other matters in question between the parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be decided by binding arbitration before one mutually agreed upon neutral arbitrator in Las Vegas, Nevada in accordance with the Comprehensive Commercial Arbitration Rules of JAMS then in effect. The determination and award of the arbitrator shall be based upon application of existing substantive statutes and case law, interpretation in accordance with applicable contract law of this Agreement and the evidence presented by the parties to the arbitrators. Each party shall bear its own costs in connection therewith, except that the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, and the arbitrator shall be empowered to award, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees to the prevailing party.

IN ANY ACTION FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR OR RESPONSIBLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY CONSEQUETIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
The Vegas Golden Knights and the other NHL Entities, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Contest. In the event of cancellation, the Vegas Golden Knights may elect to identify the winner(s) and award the prize(s) by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS AND NHL WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND THE VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS AND THE OTHER NHL ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
