ELIGIBILITY: The Vegas Golden Knights Seats At The Round Table Tickets Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Black Knight Sports and Entertainment, LLC d/b/a Vegas Golden Knights ("Sponsor"), National Hockey League. ("NHL") other NHL teams ("NHL Entities"), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate or win a prize. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROMOTION AND PROMOTION PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time ("PST") Tuesday, February 21, 2017 and ends at 8 a.m. PST Wednesday, February 22, 2017 ("Promotion Period"). The Giveaway involves giving away twenty-four (24) sets of two tickets to the opening night home game of the Vegas Golden Night's 2017-2018 regular season. One set of tickets will be awarded at the top of each hour during the Promotion Period, beginning one hour after the commencement of the Promotion Period.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways enter: (1) go to

and complete and submit an entry; or (2) go to T Mobile Arena, 3780 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, during the Promotion Period and complete an entry. Entrants also may be required to submit certain personal information, including, but not limited to, entrant's name, email address, phone number.
No other method of entry is acceptable. Entries must be completed in full or they will be disqualified. Sponsor's clock shall serve as the official clock for the Giveaway.
Limit one entry per person and per household. In case of multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household, only the first entry received from such person's e-mail address or household will be considered. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.
Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods will void that participant's entry and that participant may be disqualified. Entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
DRAWINGS:At the top of each hour during the Promotion Period (beginning one hour after the commencement of the Promotion Period), one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received immediately prior to the drawing. Non-winning entries will carry over into subsequent drawings during the Promotion Period. Entrants do not need to be present at the Arena in order for a chance to win.
PRIZE/VALUE/ODDS: A total of twenty-four (24) prizes will be awarded. Each prize will consist of two tickets to the opening night home game of the Vegas Golden Night's 2017-2018 regular season. Seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The approximate Retail Value of each prize ("ARV") is $200. The ARV of all prizes is $4,800.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each hour of the Promotion Period.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Winners are fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). Travel, parking and concessions not included. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winners.
All prizes must be used on the date set forth above and the prize package must be redeemed in full. If a guest of a winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, then guest must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian must be winner. Winners and guests are required to comply with all applicable policies, conditions and restrictions. If winners or guests do not live in Las Vegas at the time of contemplated game, winners and guests are responsible for all transportation. In the event that a winner is unable to use the prize on the date scheduled by Sponsor, he or she forfeits the prize.
The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions. Further, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value.
No more than the above-stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes to the stated number of winners by random drawings among all legitimate, eligible prize claims.
Sponsor is not responsible for damage to a prize element or loss of a prize element after the prize has been claimed.
WINNERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PRIZE ELEMENTS ARE AWARDED AS-IS. SPONSOR MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, LEGAL COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO APPLICABLE LAWS OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS TO ANY PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENTS OF ANY PRIZE.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified during the Promotion Period at the Arena or the next day by e-mail, mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such notification within one business day of date of issuance, a disqualification will result, the applicable prize will be forfeited and, the Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners may be required to submit their valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to Sponsor, and may further be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance. At Sponsor's request at any time, potential winners also may be required to execute appropriate documents authorizing Sponsor to conduct a criminal background check. If all required documents are not properly executed and returned within the specified period of time, disqualification will result, the prize will be forfeited and, at sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner with the next best entry will be selected. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or potential winner's noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and, at team's sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE/LICENSE: By participating in the Giveaway and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other NHL Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Giveaway, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Giveaway or from the receipt or use of any prize.
Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, grants to Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and each of their respective designees the right to publicize such winner's name, biographical information, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, image and/or other likeness, entry materials and prize information at the Arena, on the Internet, over social media and/or in any and all other ways and media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for all purposes, including, without limitation, for general promotional and advertising purposes, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. Furthermore, each winner, by acceptance of a prize, represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of any and all minors appearing in or referenced in their entry (each a "Minor Participant") and hereby grants Sponsor the aforementioned rights and permissions with respect to Minor Participant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, postage-due or garbled entries, e-mail or mail. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunication or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of a prize or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website.
Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Giveaway is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other NHL Entities and/or their respective agents.
Sponsor and the other NHL Entities shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Giveaway, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion.
All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in Clark County, state of Nevada, without resort to any form of class action, and without giving effect to choice of law or conflicted law principles (whether of the state of Nevada, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Nevada. Sponsor's failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Sponsor and the other NHL Entities, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Giveaway for any reason, including should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify the winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND NHL WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND SPONSOR AND THE OTHER NHL ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WINNERS' LIST: For the name of the winner (available after March 1, 2017), mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "Vegas Golden Knights Seats At The Round Table Tickets Giveaway" Winners' List c/o Vegas Golden Knights 1701 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134. Winner's name requests must be received by Monday, April 3, 2017.
