VEGAS (September 28, 2020) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager Kelly McCrimmon announced today, September 28, the following roster transactions: the team has acquired forward Dylan Sikura from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for Vegas Golden Knights forward Brandon Pirri.
Sikura, 25, has appeared in 47 NHL games - all with the Blackhawks - and has posted 14 points (1 G, 13 A). This season with Chicago, he finished with three points (1 G, 2 A) in nine games. His first career goal came against Detroit on January 5, 2020. He also has appeared in 91 American Hockey League games with the Rockford IceHogs, posting 68 points (31 G, 37 A) to go with 32 penalty minutes.

The native of Aurora, Ontario spent four years at Northeastern University where he helped lead the Huskies to a Hockey East championship in 2016 and Beanpot championship in 2018. He was also named a Hobey Baker Award finalist following the 2017-18 season.
Sikura was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the Sixth Round (178th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
