VEGAS (January 23, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, January 23, the following roster transactions: the team has recalled goaltender Oscar Danskfrom the American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves and has assigned goaltender Maxime Lagace to the Wolves.
Dansk has appeared in 23 games for the Wolves this season and has a 14-6-1 record to go with a 2.80 goals-against average and a 0.898 save percentage. Last season, the Stockholm, Sweden native appeared in four games with the Golden Knights, going 3-0-0 with a 1.78 GAA and a 0.946 save percentage. During the 2017-18 season with Chicago, Dansk was 13-3-2 with a 2.44 GAA and a 0.918 save percentage. Dansk originally signed with the Golden Knights on July 1, 2017 and re-signed with the team on July 6, 2018.
Lagace, who was recalled by the Golden Knights on January 9, has appeared in 18 games for the Wolves this season and has a 9-6-0 record to go with a goals-against average of 2.72 and a save percentage of 0.898. Last season, the Saint-Augustin, Quebec native appeared in 16 games for the Golden Knights, going 6-7-1 with a 3.92 goals-against average and a 0.867 save percentage. Last year in Chicago, he finished with a 14-5-1 record to go with a 2.84 goals-against average and a 0.905 save percentage. Lagace originally signed with the Golden Knights on July 1, 2017 and re-signed with the team on July 1, 2018.
