HOW IT WENT DOWN
Goals from Alex Pietrangelo and Jonathan Marchessault helped the Golden Knights jump out to a 2-0 lead in the first period. Robin Lehner stopped all nine shots that came his way in the second period to send Vegas into the third with the two-goal advantage. J.T. Miller and Bo Horvat scored early in the third period to bring the game back to level at 2-2. In overtime, Marchessault led a rush into the Vancouver zone and dished the puck to Theodore who delivered the deciding goal against his hometown team.

Shea Theodore: Theodore scored a goal in each of the three games on the road trip.
Alex Pietrangelo: Pietrangelo added to his team lead in goals by a defenseman this season with his 13th on the year.
Jonathan Marchessault:Marchessault recorded a point for the fifth game in a row. He has 10 points (3G, 7A) in the last five games.
Robin Lehner: Lehner registered 26 saves for the win in his first game since March 8.
STAT OF THE KNIGHT
Theodore's overtime winner was his first regular season goal against the Canucks in his career. The 26-year-old defenseman grew up in Aldergrove, B.C. roughly 45 minutes from Rogers Arena.
