VGK Announce Return of the Vegas Golden Knights Road Trip

VEGAS (July 25, 2022)- The Vegas Golden Knights announced today, July 25, plans for an official return of the team's Vegas Golden Knights Road Trip. The 2022 VGK Road Trip is presented by NV Donor Network and will visit South Lake Tahoe, California; Boise, Idaho; Missoula, Montana; and Salt Lake City, Utah. All four locations are within the Golden Knights' authorized television distribution territory through their local rightsholder partnership with AT&T SportsNet. Two of the four stops, Boise and Salt Lake City, are cities where the Golden Knights are scheduled to play preseason contests in October. The VGK Road Trip made its initial journey before the team's inaugural season in 2017, with additional trips following in 2018 and 2019.

"The VGK Road Trip remains a significant priority of our organization's offseason as we prepare for our sixth year on the ice," said Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolz. "We couldn't be more thrilled for the anticipated return of this quest, with the goal of growing the sport and our incredible fan base throughout our AT&T SportsNet TV territory."
Select members from the Golden Knights organization will participate in a series of hockey clinics and meet-and-greets with local hockey fans. Also scheduled to attend is Chance and members of the VGK Cast. Participation during the hockey clinics in South Lake Tahoe, Boise, and Missoula is pre-registered for select youth players. All fans are invited to watch the clinics and participate in separate activities off the ice.
The team will begin the 2022 VGK Road Trip on Monday, August 15 in South Lake Tahoe with an on-ice clinic at South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena. Another on-ice session will be held the following day in Boise at Idaho IceWorld. The week continues with a street hockey clinic scheduled in Missoula on Thursday, August 18, and concludes with a public skate event on the ice in Salt Lake City on Saturday, August 20. The public skate in Salt Lake City on Saturday is open to all on a first come, first served basis. All four sessions during the trip are expected to last two hours.
