VEGAS (March 17, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights General Manager George McPhee announced today, March 17, the following roster transaction: the team has recalled goaltender Maxime Lagace from the American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves on an emergency basis.
Lagace has appeared in 29 games this season for the Chicago Wolves and has a 16-8-4 record to go with a goals-against average of 2.33 and a save percentage of 0.917. Last season, the Saint-Augustin, Quebec native appeared in 16 games for the Golden Knights, going 6-7-1 with a 3.92 goals-against average and a 0.867 save percentage. Last year in Chicago, he finished with a 14-5-1 record to go with a 2.84 goals-against average and a 0.905 save percentage. Lagace originally signed with the Golden Knights on July 1, 2017 and re-signed with the team on July 1, 2018.
